Crystal brings a strong background in operations, organization, and client-focused service to her role as an Administrative Services Associate at CalmWater Advisors. She enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping create a positive and seamless experience for both clients and advisors.
Before joining CalmWater, Crystal served as Director of Events and Outreach for a multi-branch public library system, where she was also a member of the administrative team. In that role, she led community engagement initiatives, coordinated large-scale programs, and supported daily operations. Her work has consistently been rooted in service, advocacy, and fostering meaningful connections.
Crystal holds a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Louisiana State University. She is known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and her passion for supporting others.
Crystal and her husband, Josh, have been married for 24 years and relocated to South Carolina from the West Georgia area. They have three children—Jade, Colton, and Dakota. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys camping, vegetable gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
