Paul grew up in Richmond, Virginia, where he attended Virginia Commonwealth University.  He moved to Columbia in 1986, where he met his beautiful wife of 28 years, Jeanna.  Paul and Jeanna have two grown children.  In his free time, Paul enjoys playing basketball and tennis, and watchmaking.

Parker joined CalmWater in 2012 with a background in the insurance industry.  As a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^SM, Parker will work with you to create and implement a comprehensive plan to help maximize your retirement and social security income, prepare for any unexpected risk, and help avoid any estate tax liability.

Parker was born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina.  An alumnus of Wofford College, Parker received a degree in finance in 2008.  Parker works to develop long-term relationships with families to help them pursue their financial goals.  In his spare time, you will find Parker playing men's softball, basketball, fishing, on the lake, etc., but most of all Parker enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and their sweet son Henry. 

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner, Jessica provides personalized advice and develops financial plans specific to your objectives and goals.  She bases her success on how well you meet those goals and considers the relationship with you her most important asset!  

Jessica obtained her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Carolina in 2010.  After graduation, Jessica worked in corporate banking before transitioning to be a Wealth Advisor with CalmWater Advisors in 2012.

Jessica is a South Carolina native.  Her roots are based in Lexington, where she and her husband, Billy, are raising their four sons.  Outside of work, they enjoy traveling to the mountains, renovating houses and making new memories as a family. 

Thuy has a wide range of experiences in financial analysis, trade law research, special events planning, and foreign language interpretation. Thuy finds great pleasure in working with people and building long-term relationships. As the client services manager, her goal is to provide exceptional client experiences.

Thuy graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in economics, psychology, and international studies. Thuy is native-fluent in Vietnamese and studied French and Mandarin Chinese. She grew up in Chicago and has worked and studied abroad in Vietnam, France, and China. Thuy is a proud mother of three boys, Peter, Adam, and William.  She enjoys traveling and throwing dinner parties for friends and colleagues.

Bob Logan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional with more than fifteen years of experience as a wealth advisor. He provides comprehensive wealth management with a focus on building and protecting financial security, and his clients receive advice including retirement income planning, investment management, employer benefits review, liability analysis, insurance needs, tax planning, and estate planning.

Bob has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry in various financial analysis and financial operations roles.

He holds a BA in chemistry and an MBA from the University of Kansas, and he is an avid Jayhawks basketball fan.

Lydia began her career with the CalmWater Advisors team in January 2022.  As a client relations manager, she finds joy in taking great care of her clients and developing long lasting relationships built on exceptional, personal service. 

Born and raised in Edgefield, SC, Lydia is proud to share her friendly, positive mindset and natural Southern charm with everyone she meets!  Lydia studied at Converse College and worked at Lexington County School District for 6 years.  Her desire to grow and learn from the world around her makes her excited for every day.  

Lydia enjoys reading books, traveling, and giving back to the community.  A cause close to her heart is the Columbia Junior League.  She joined to become more involved with the community and to get to know more young professionals.

Tammy joined the CalmWater team in January 2023 as our Nucor Coordinator.   Before joining CalmWater Tammy was a Nucor teammate for 15 years.   She joined Nucor in August 2007 at Nucor Cold Finish South Carolina where she spent four years before transfering to Nucor Steel South Carolina where she spent five years.  In October 2016 Tammy transferred to Vulcraft South Carolina as their Human Resourses Coordinator.

With extensive knowledge of Nucor benefits and culture, Tammy will play a pivotal role in helping CalmWater acheive it's goal: Improving each teammates life by educating them on Nucor benefits and by exciting them on their potential growth of wealth through proper use of these benefits.  

Tammy resides in Florence with her husband Chad, they have three adult children: Asheley, Eden, and Chason as well as a grandson {Grey} and granddaughter [Elsie}

Chad and Chason are current Nucor teammates at Nucor South Carolina.

Tammy enjoys meeting and establishing lasting relationships with those she meets!  In her spare time she loves being outdoors and spending qualitly time with her family. 

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner, Nick will work closely with you, offering uniquely tailored advice according to your individual situation.  His most important goal as a wealth advisor is to help you accomplish yours while growing a meaningful relationship with you.  Nick loves to serve as a personal guide in a holistic planning process by addressing each element in your financial picture.

Nick was born and raised in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. After obtaining degrees from Catholic University in Washington, DC, and the University of South Carolina, he began his career as a financial advisor here in Columbia before joining CalmWater Advisors in 2024. Nick is married to his lovely wife Catherine and they have two young sons. In their spare time, they enjoy cooking, exploring restaurants, and doing anything outdoors.

Peter brings over 30 years of financial experience to his role as Wealth Advisor at Calmwater Advisors, where he will focus on helping clients realize a financial outcome consistent with their dreams and objectives.

Prior to joining Calmwater, Peter spent 20+ years consulting with leading wealth management teams to help their advisors understand complex investment strategies. In that role, he worked for some of the largest and most respected firms, including Goldman Sachs and Altegris Investments.  Along the way, his commitment to honesty and transparency led to long-term, trusted relationships within the industry.

Peter is based in Charleston, where he and his wife, Sherry, enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible.  An alumnus of the University of Georgia, he is an avid “Dawgs'' fan who also enjoys tennis, golf, paddleboarding and riding gravel bikes.  Peter and Sherry have two grown children that visit often and one Flat-Coated Retriever that demands constant attention.

Crystal brings a strong background in operations, organization, and client-focused service to her role as an Administrative Services Associate at CalmWater Advisors. She enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping create a positive and seamless experience for both clients and advisors.

Before joining CalmWater, Crystal served as Director of Events and Outreach for a multi-branch public library system, where she was also a member of the administrative team. In that role, she led community engagement initiatives, coordinated large-scale programs, and supported daily operations. Her work has consistently been rooted in service, advocacy, and fostering meaningful connections.

Crystal holds a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Louisiana State University. She is known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and her passion for supporting others.

Crystal and her husband, Josh, have been married for 24 years and relocated to South Carolina from the West Georgia area. They have three children—Jade, Colton, and Dakota. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys camping, vegetable gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Jacob McClary is originally from Lexington, South Carolina.  He made a short move to Columbia where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the University of South Carolina in 2025.

While in college, Jacob held a summer internship with the CalmWater team.   His internship provided the perfect hands-on opportunity to learn how we assist our clients.  Immediately upon graduation he joined the team as a Paraplanner.  

In his role as a Paraplanner, Jacob focuses on assisting the advisors with meeting preparation, investment monitoring, and the development of plans for our clients.   His ultimate goal is to help the families we serve find financial clarity, confidence, and peace of mind with their financial situations. 

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys cheering on the Gamecocks at USC sporting events and staying active by playing basketball, ultimate frisbee, and golf.

Megan was born and raised in South Carolina.   Before joining CalmWater, she managed her own salon for 15 years where she had the privilege of building lasting relationships with her clients.  Her career has always been rooted in service, trust, and creating a positive experience from start to finish.

As a Client Services Manager with the CalmWater team, she can continue doing what she loves — supporting people, staying organized, and making sure every client feels valued and supported throughout their journey.

She and her husband, Chris, live in Lexington where they are raising their children.  Outside of work they spend a lot of time on the soccer field, travel and enjoy spending time with their family and friends.
